This cute Pierre Cardin mod style mini dress from the 1960s is made of a lightweight linen or like fabric with a graphic zig zag pattern in summery fresh shades of apple green, aqua blue and pink and bears the rare Jeunesse label, a line Cardin created for the Japanese luxury department store Takashimaya. The dress features a straight cut with short sleeves, a small roll neck, decorative top stitching and an inverted box pleat at the center front.

Brooklyn Museum Explores Pierre Cardin's Vision of the Future
This rare and documented vintage Pierre Cardin suit from c. 1967 is made of a medium weight wool crêpe in a deep tomato red and comprises a jacket and the matching skirt. Cut and tailoring are exquisite. The jacket features a sharp fitted cut with 2/3-length sleeves, a single pocket with pronounced padded edges and a very distinctive asymmetrical metal clasp closure. The skirt features a flared a-line cut that beautifully holds its shape and finishes above the knee.
